Facercise Workshop : Gloria Budd

The small group Facercise session will focus on teaching the thirteen synergistic facial exercises which target the fifty-seven facial muscles to improve, lift and tone. Gloria will demonstrate the exercises including the best postural position and resistance movement for each exercise. You will then perform thirteen exercises overseen by Gloria. It is recommended that you then perform the exercises twice per day at home – this should take no more than twenty minutes per day and will delivery great results.
