Awareness in Movement group sessions are gentle and can be great fun as you are encouraged to slow down and bring a playful and curious attention within yourself. This five-week course will not only help you become stronger and more flexible but can also improve your confidence and help reduce stress. Jenny was a professional dancer and performance maker who has also practiced various forms of somatic movement. When she started Feldenkrais, she noticed a profound and transformative shift, enabling her to find a fresher approach to life. She graduated as a practitioner in 2012.
