Most of us live life caught up in our heads - driven by our minds and our thoughts. This can lead to feelings of unease, overwhelm, disconnection and default negativity we accept as ‘normal’. This guided meditation is designed to re-dress balance by taking us on a blissful journey to re-connect mind and body. Starting with the breath to ground and slow down, external distractions float away, thoughts begin to dissolve. Then we will use mantra and visualisation to boost self-image, cultivate acceptance and strengthen body positivity. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or you’ve had lots of experience, you’re likely to leave feeling grounded, relaxed, more connected to yourself - and happier.
