Exhaustion, anxiety, addiction, fear, overwhelm (to name a few) are factors many are dealing with day to day. Ever more in the busyness of life, especially living in a city, we need to accumulate practices which ground and centre us, enabling energy, clarity and focus to be regained. An invitation to tap into our true essence.

The evening begins with gentle movement followed by the guided meditative relaxation. Lying down, the relaxation will take you on a journey around the body inviting you to be inquisitive, present and accepting of what is - to start to form a dialogue with ones internal landscape.
