VEDIC MEDITATION: BEGINNERS COURSE (a two day group workshop)

Make daily meditation a habit in your life by enjoying a weekend learning Vedic meditation with like minded beginners. This practical, effortless technique is suitable for all - meditators and non-meditators. Simple and subtle, it involves gentle mental repetition of a personalised sound (mantra) which brings about a deep state of relaxation, building inner resilience to the stresses and strains of 24/7 living and much more.

The course is in four consecutive classes, and for best results, you must attend all. Follow up support on email is included in the course, as well as two 30 minute mentoring sessions via phone or Zoom.

An Editor and Writer by trade, Catherine discovered Vedic meditation on her 20+ year journey with yogic practices. Of all the techniques she has experienced, Vedic meditation - whilst being practical - brought such deep restoration and expansive shifts, it compelled her to share it with others. She has taught Vedic meditation to hundreds of students of all levels, from all walks of life and is renowned for her warm and inclusive approach.
